About our Philosophy
Connection is key. The mind has a tendency to split things apart. Divide and conquer, as they say. This drive towards separation is not only visible in our thought patterns, but also in our culture. Every topic is approached as a stand alone unit, without deeply considering how it relates and connects with everything else. Awakened Earth School grew out of a desire to once again bring connection back to the various modalities that promote wellness and heal our mind, body, and earth.
About our school
By integrating yoga, meditation, chinese medicine, permaculture, herbalism, and more, Awakened Earth School provides a common thread across these modalities, allowing practitioners to begin a journey by picking up a thread, and following it to the center, creating a unique path along the way, weaving and connection a new story of being in the world and in ones self.Â
